醫護專業英文
Medical Terminology is a useful course whether students are learning the language of medicine to prepare for a career, for continuing education, or for personal use. The student will build, spell, and define words using word roots, combining forms, prefixes, and suffixes during this semester. Abbreviations are introduced as related terms with each unit. Once students grasp the word-building rules and refine their word-building skills without having to memorize hundreds, if not thousands of complex disease, disorder, surgical, procedural, and complementary medical terms such as encepahlomyeloradiculitis* they are ready and confident to tackle even the most complex medical terms!

一開始修醫護專業英文時，覺得內容偏難，特別是醫療術語和臨床對話，常常需要花時間消化。但透過課堂練習與實際情境的模擬，逐漸能理解英文在護理工作中的實際用途。這門課不只提升閱讀與聽懂醫護英文的能力，也使人在面對外籍病人或未來進入臨床時更有信心，是一門實用且具挑戰性的課程。
